Oatylicious Banana Almond Butter Cookies!

Who LOVES almond butter?   How about ripe bananas?   Raise your hands up if you think that: Bananas + Almond butter = a scrumptideliciously combination that goes oh so well together?! If you do, (i mean, who doesn’t??) you’re going to love this cookie. It is literally deliciousness in every bite. It’s chewy, and soft, and sweet, and moist. Did I mention, it’s perfect for dunking into a glass of warm milk too?         Here is the recipe!   Ingredients: Dry 1 1/2 cups of oats A pinch of salt Almonds to decorate A handful of chopped 4 medjool dates (optional)   Wet 1 super duper really ripe banana 2 Tbsp of almond butter 1 egg 1 – 2 Tbsp of maple syrup (or another sweetener you prefer)     Instructions: 1. The Ultimate Dark Chocolate Granola!

    Do you remember the time back when you were a kid, and you would pour your cocoa pops cereal out of the box and watch the milk in your bowl turn from white to a chocolatey  colour?   I’m forever a kid at heart so I was tempted to create the same experience with my granola. This is my ultimate Dark Chocolate Granola.     It’s intensely chocolatey, yet it has the right amount of sweetness that is not overpowering. I’m all about the texture when it comes to granola, and this ticks all the boxes. It has that satisfying crunch from the clusters. Plus with the lightness of the pecans and denser texture of the almonds . And in combination with the chewy dates. Crunch. Munch. Munch.
