From my journey in finding health, I learned that in order to truly feel well inside and out, health should not be only focused on one aspect of your life, like your diet or the exercise regime you embark on. I believe that is holistic, our bodies need physical, mental, and soulful nourishment day in and day out in order to maintain a healthy equilibrium. This is why the posts I will be sharing will be widespread across multiple areas, the mind, healthy habits, food, and spirituality.

The posts will be real and personal because our life is real and raw. But, it is the experiences that connect us all together, because our life is filled with so many lessons. Our life is indeed our greatest teacher; but only if we choose to be its students. We all have a unique relationship with food. Through understanding our unique relationship with food, we can find freedom with food. There is no need to restrict, count calories, binge, purge or emotionally fulfill ourselves with food. Food does not have to be a source of control.
