3 Solutions to Committing & Achieving your 2015 Resolutions!

    What do you want for 2015? As 2014 draws to a close, we may begin setting goals of what we want to achieve in 2015. Setting goals and resolutions is good. It focuses our eyes and hearts to climbing the next step of where we want or seek to be in life. These resolutions will be different for each of us. Some of us may want to focus more on our fitness. It may be to lose 5 pounds, or to make the promise of heading to the gym 3 – 4 days a week. Some of us may want to focus more on our diet. It may be to eat more veggies and fruits, to eat less take outs (no mater how convenient it is!), or to learn how to cook.
