Super Energising Banana Bread!

It’s #FoodieFriday! That’s something to celebrate for! I’m super excited to share with you today my recipe for this Super Energising Banana Bread.     This week has been physically and mentally tough for me. In a good way though.  In the span of two days, I had to pack my things away and move into my friend’s flat since the landlord wants to sell the flat I was staying in. It’s also that time of the term where everything is due and there seems to be so many things happening all at once. In the course of moving my things, I had stumbled across a bump in the pavement and ended up injuring my ankle. It was as even though everything demanded that I had to speed up, life was telling me slow down. Slow down to pay attention to my health. Slow down to pay attention to my feelings.
