@elisabettyhoho My #2015WellnessResolution is to be patient. In accepting that good things take time and hard work, and knowing that you can't stop halfway up the mountain. Also in accepting that overcoming flaws take time, and that means being kind to people despite their shortcomings.

As part of my Soulful Sunday’s post on the 3 Solutions to Committing & Achieving your 2015 New Year’s Resolutions, an idea came to my mind to hold a a 2015 Wellness Resolution Campaign!

The 1st Solution was to focus on the ‘why’ you want to achieve that resolution (good and health motives) and not simply work on achieving the resolution for the sake of achieving it.

The 2nd solution in committing to your new year resolutions was how to frame your resolution(s) so that it can benefit the people around you.

The 3rd solution was to share with others your resolutions, so that they can keep you accountable. This campaign allows you to do exactly that.

To read the full article, click here.

So the aim of the campaign is to celebrate our talents, uniqueness, hopes, dreams, passions and how we can use our 2015 New Year’s Resolutions in contributing to making our world a better place.

The change and the good that we want to see in this world really starts with the actions we take with ourselves.

I hope you join me in this campaign. We can welcome the New Year and kick off 2015 in a positive note!

How to Join

To make it easy for all of you to join, the campaign will be held through Facebook and Instagram.

Why  be present?

I have a habit of multitasking in my mind. So, when I am doing something, a part of my mind tends to wander off and think (and worry) about the things I have to do next and how to get it done. I have become aware of how distracting (and draining) it is and realised that the energy used to multitask could be better used in actually focusing on the task at hand. Especially, in creating my blog and video posts I would like to be fully present when I am sharing with you guys!

Being fully present would also allow me to experience fully the present moments of 2015. Time does fly, and as I learn and practice in being present, in a future blog post I will share my tips in how to get our mind back into the present when it does wander off into the future or the past.

Now it’s over to you:

What is your 2015 Wellness Resolution and how can it benefit others?

After taking the photo and writing out your 2015 resolution. Upload it onto Facebook or Instagram.

If you choose to do it through Facebook:

  1. Share your photo on your Facebook profile page. **Plus points if the word Wellness is in green!**
  2. Nominate 3 other people to join you in this Wellness resolution campaign and encourage them to upload a photo of themselves and their resolution too!
  3. Post your photo as well on my Wellnesstogo Facebook page. I will post the link below in the description of the video.
  4. If you have more than one resolution, feel free to post more than once!
