Hi Friends! Oh how I missed you guys! I’m sorry for the lack of posts the past couple of weeks. But, as most of you might know, I just got back from a trip from Belgium and Italy just this week! The trip was incredible! There was so much walking, so many sights to see in such a short time, ate the most incredible waffles, dark chocolate, pasta, Tiramisu, and more cakes, and gelato and chocolate… Climbed up over 1000+++ stairs to see the city views of Brugge, Cinque Terre, Florence… that it was quite an adventure. Hi Friends! Today, I have a miraculous story to share with you! It might just be my most powerful post yet, because the story is also accompanied with these Almond Butter Maple Granola Bars! Yay! If you follow me on the Wellness to Go Facebook page, you may have noticed on Saturday night that I posted about having clumsily spilled water onto my mac laptop and how it immediately shut down. My laptop, that had all of my work, and files, and photos, on it had died. After recovering from the shock and tears and the panic of wiping my laptop as dry as I could, I tried reviving it but it wouldn’t turn on. Little did I know that this event held a spiritual lesson for me to learn within the next few days. Vegan Raspberry Crumble Bars

So… I have something to celebrate! Yesterday on Friday, as of 4.30 pm in the afternoon, I stepped out of my very LAST exam of studying law and business. I don’t think I ever mentioned it here on the blog that for the past 4 years I’ve been studying at the University of Edinburgh. There will be a reflective post coming soon on the lessons I learned in the past 4 years because I’ve learned a lot in terms of growing up mentally & emotionally and I think it would be very valuable to share with you guys!
