It’s Friday! (Finally) Oh how I missed writing a full blog post for you guys. I am super sorry and thank for sticking through with me. This week has been a super busy week, there was dissertation and a group work deadline that had to be submitted. Despite the hectic week,, it was also a week worth celebrating. Just yesterday on Thursday, I submitted my dissertation for law. The work I have been working on for the past 7 months, after many nights of despair, writer’s block, editing, and at times when I felt like I was drowning in words… I couldn’t tell you how good it felt when I hut the SUBMIT button. Breakfast Apple Cinamon Berry Crumble

I think breakfast is the best meal of the day. You get up from your bed still in that space of between of being awake and not awake. Then you head over to the kitchen and put on the kettle to boil your water for coffee (or tea). You notice the stillness of the air and the sound around you with the bubbles of boiling water softly piercing through the quietness. As you make your coffee (or tea) its aroma slowly wakes you up and you begin to notice the details of the space around you. Your world slowly comes to life. You begin thinking of what you can cook up for breakfast that will make your tummy and heart happy. #Startyourdaywithlove   Kind of magical isn’t?
